本項目設計面積550平方米，以現代法式風格為主調，配合現代化智能家居設計，使別墅環境有新古典氣氛以外也有舒適感。建築總共分為六層，其中一層是客飯廳區，二層是主人房、女兒房及書房，三層是兩間兒子房區域，地下一層是家庭廳及影音室；顏色上以柔和米色及白色使空間變得大氣及柔和；物料方面客、飯廳以大理石為主配合油畫及擺設使空間更為特出，配合細心挑選的地毯令環境大體得來更柔和；二層及三層房間已舒適為主，木飾面、軟包及特式牆紙已不同型式表現出來。園林環境也經過釋心設計，使戶外空間及室內空間更配合。
